Wellness Reward Points – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Wellness Reward Points Programme (“Programme”) operated by Wellness Massage Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in the Programme, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to clients of Wellness Massage Limited aged 18 years or over.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
  • Points may only be earned and redeemed by the registered account holder.

2. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Eligible purchases include massage treatments booked and paid for in full.
  • Points are credited only after full payment has been successfully completed.

Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift vouchers purchased directly by the client may qualify for points, but must be registered by contacting us via phone or email.
  • Gift vouchers received as gifts do not earn points for the recipient.

Exclusions:

  • Treatments that are free, discounted, or paid fully using a gift voucher do not earn points.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Points must be converted into Reward Vouchers via the “My Points” section of your account.
  • Reward Vouchers can then be applied at checkout as a discount.
  • Points can only be redeemed in fixed increments:
    • 200 points = £5 discount
  • Points must be redeemed in full increments and cannot be partially used.
  • If the booking total is lower than the voucher value:
    • The remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
  • Reward Vouchers:
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Cannot be transferred to another client

4. Programme Rules

  • Points and vouchers are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or combined between accounts.
  • If a booking is cancelled and refunded:
    • Any points earned from that booking will be removed from the account
  • If points have already been converted into a voucher and used:
    • The voucher will not be reinstated if the booking is later cancelled or refunded

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Adjust, cancel, or refuse points or vouchers
    • Investigate accounts
    • Suspend participation

    where we reasonably suspect:

    • misuse
    • system errors
    • fraudulent or dishonest activity
  • Points currently do not expire.
    If an expiry policy is introduced, it will be updated in these Terms.

5. Limitations

  • Points and vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts, unless explicitly stated.
  • Points and vouchers:
    • Have no monetary value
    • Cannot be exchanged or refunded
    • Do not constitute property or a financial asset
  • Participation in the Programme does not grant any ownership rights over points or vouchers.

6. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Amend these Terms
  • Change the points-to-discount conversion rate
  • Modify eligible services
  • Suspend or terminate the Programme

Any changes will be published on our website.
Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
