Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Wellness Massage Lexden Gift Vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) purchased via our website: https://wellnessmassage.smewebsites.uk.
By purchasing or using a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Wellness Massage Limited reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Payment
Gift Voucher purchases are processed securely via Stripe UK Limited on behalf of Wellness Massage Limited.
- Your bank statement will show Wellness Massage Lexden
- Most major debit and credit cards are accepted
- You must be aged 18 or over to purchase a Gift Voucher
3. Delivery
Gift Vouchers are delivered by email in PDF format to the email address provided at checkout, usually immediately after purchase.
- The voucher may be printed or presented digitally at the appointment
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the email address is correct
- If an incorrect email address is provided, delivery may be withheld
- If you do not receive your voucher within 1 working day, please contact us
4. Validity
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
After the expiry date, the Gift Voucher becomes invalid and any unused value will be lost.
5. Redeeming Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by booking and attending an appointment within the validity period
- Gift Vouchers are single-use only and must be redeemed in full against one treatment
- Gift Vouchers cannot be split across multiple bookings
- No remaining balance will be carried forward, refunded, or transferred if the treatment value is lower than the voucher amount
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law
- Gift Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers
- No change or credit will be given if the treatment cost is less than the voucher value
- Any voucher that appears altered, copied, forged, or tampered with may be refused
7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
8. Cancellations & Reschedules
Appointments booked using a Gift Voucher are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy.
- If we cancel your appointment, we will issue a replacement voucher or extend validity by 90 days
- If the voucher holder cancels with sufficient notice, the appointment may be rebooked (subject to voucher validity)
- If the voucher holder cancels late or fails to attend, the voucher may be treated as fully redeemed
- A Gift Voucher booking may be rescheduled once only
9. Reward Points & Gift Vouchers
- Logged-in customers purchasing Gift Vouchers will earn Reward Points (1 point per £1 spent)
- Guest purchasers must contact us after creating an account to request points manually
- Gift Voucher recipients do not earn points when redeeming, as no payment is made at that time
Reward Points are subject to separate Terms & Conditions available on our website.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Wellness Massage Limited acts as the data controller for personal data collected during voucher purchases.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By purchasing or using a Gift Voucher, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
