Wellness Massage Plans – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Wellness Massage Plans are discounted treatment packages designed to support regular massage therapy and ongoing wellbeing. Each session is tailored to the client’s needs on the day of treatment.

Plans are available in the following formats:

  • 4 sessions (valid for 90 days) – 10% discount
  • 6 sessions (valid for 180 days) – 12.5% discount
  • 10 sessions (valid for 365 days) – 15% discount

Each plan is purchased based on session duration:

  • 30 minutes
  • 60 minutes
  • 90 minutes

All sessions within a plan must be of the same duration.

2. Validity Period

  • The validity period begins from the date of purchase.
  • All sessions must be used within the stated timeframe:
    • 4 sessions: 90 days
    • 6 sessions: 180 days
    • 10 sessions: 365 days
  • Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
  • Clients are encouraged to book sessions early to ensure preferred times and maintain consistency.
  • Appointments are available at the Lexden studio in Colchester.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled:
    • Online: up to 48 hours before
    • By phone: up to 24 hours before
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of that session.

5. Treatment Selection

  • Clients may choose different massage types for each session, depending on their needs.
  • However, the session duration must match the plan purchased (30, 60, or 90 minutes).

Important:

  • Hot Stone Massage and Warm Bamboo Massage require advance notice (24–48 hours).
  • These treatments may not be available if insufficient notice is given.

6. Pricing & Discounts

  • Plans are offered at a reduced rate compared to standard pricing:
    • 4 sessions: 10% discount
    • 6 sessions: 12.5% discount
    • 10 sessions: 15% discount
  • Discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

7. Refunds & Transfers

  • Wellness Massage Plans are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the named client.
  • In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.

8. Health & Suitability

  • A consultation will be carried out before each session.
  • Treatments may be adapted, postponed, or declined if deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or wellbeing.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Wellness Massage Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The latest version will always be available on the website.
